What type of products do you offer?

We currently offer distinct Ready to Wear wigs in premium virgin hair quality and unprocessed raw hair quality. Our assortment includes various lace installation solutions. Keep an eye out for our expanding product range and accessory offerings!

Do you offer custom wig-making services?

We do not provide custom wig-making services. Our emphasis is on hair quality, unique color, and style.

Ready to Wear wigs

What are ready to wear wigs?

Ready to Wear wigs are pre-made units that undergo washing, drying, personalized coloring, plucking, bleaching of knots, and styling. All steps are finished, making it easy for you to receive and install the wig.

What kind of quality wigs do you offer?

We offer virgin quality and raw quality hair. To learn about the distinction, consult the 'Hair Quality and Hair Types' section below.

Are your wigs glueless?

Yes, each wig includes an adjustable elastic band for varied installation methods, allowing for glueless or full glue options.

How long do the wigs last?

Our virgin hair wigs can last 1-2 years with proper care. Our raw hair wigs can last 3-5 years with proper care. Please see our Wig Care page for maintenance assistance.

Can my wig be restyled after wearing the wig for a while?

Yes. Your wig, your rules! Customize, restyle, or dye it as you please. Get maintenance tips on our Wig Care page.

What cap sizes do you offer?

All of our wigs are 22.5" circumference (around the crown of the head). The cap is moderately stretchy and can fit comfortably on head sizes up to 23".

Do you sell bundles?

Currently, bundles are not available for purchase, but they will be in the near future. Stay updated by subscribing to our newsletter!

Hair Quality and Hair Types

What is the difference between Virgin hair and Raw hair?

Our virgin hair is a chemically processed hair of high quality, thick with a medium luster. It can last 1 to 2 years with proper care, offering a budget-friendly option with no compromise on quality.

Our raw hair is collected from Asian donors and is chemical-free and may undergo steam processing for certain textures, maintaining its raw quality. It is full, light, and shiny with proper care, lasting 3-5 years or beyond. Consider it a valuable luxury.

What kind of lace do you offer?

The majority of our wigs feature Transparent Lace, with some offering HD lace.

Transparent lace is much thinner and more delicate than HD lace, enabling lighter skin tones to wear wigs. The lace absorbs tint to match skin color seamlessly. This lace is versatile and makes our wigs affordable.

HD lace is slightly thicker and stronger, boasting a naturally transparent and secure lace. It is tailored for a natural tint ideal for medium to dark skin tones.

Location and In-Person Local pickups

Where are you based?

Located in both North Florida and South Florida, we serve the U.S.A and its territories. Our focus is online retail, but we extend In-Person Local pickup options for our local customers. Find further details on Local Pickup below.

We also may occasionally participate in Pop- Up Shops where we will sell our wigs and merchandise in person. These Pop-Ups will be announced on our social media platforms up to a week before an event.

What is Local Pickup?

During checkout, a local pickup option with an associated address may be available for customers near our fulfillment location.

*Please be sure to input the GPS location to confirm the drive, as orders are non-refundable and non-cancelable per our Return/ Refund policy

Get your wig the same day for those hair emergencies (or when you just can't wait for your happiness box!). Orders must be placed by 4PM EST.

How does Local Pick up work?

Local Pickup is offered at the present order fulfillment site. We do not handle Local Pickup orders in both locations at the same time.

During checkout, the pickup location available is where we offer local pickup. If not available, local pickup is not offered for that location at this time, and an order will need to be shipped to you.

If local pickup is desired and your order is submitted by 4PM EST, expect to receive an email confirmation. Following this, another email will be sent (within a maximum of 2 hours) containing the address and detailed instructions once your order is ready.

Processing and Restocks

How often do you restock sold out items?

Our Ready to Wear wigs are one-of-a-kind. Once sold out, they won't be replicated, ensuring each owner's individuality ♡

Our installation products and accessories will be restocked in 2-4 weeks after being sold out.

What is the normal processing time for placed orders?

Orders are processed same day and shipped within one business day from the order being placed.

Payments

Do you offer Buy Now Pay Later options?

Yes! At present, Shop Pay installments are available. Future plans include adding Paypal Pay Later, Klarna, and more.

What types of Payment Methods do you accept?

Accepted payment methods include Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Paypal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Meta Pay, Amazon Pay, and Diner's Club

What is YB Collections Chargeback Policy?

When placing an order with YB Collections online or in person, you (customer) agree to the following chargeback policy.

Customer agrees that YB Collections is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items during transit. Customer agrees to purchase Route Package Protection as insurance, otherwise, in cases where items are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, the customer agrees they will file a claim directly with the shipping carrier in order to be refunded.

YB Collections will not be held responsible, and customer agrees that a chargeback against YB Collections will not be filed in cases where packages are lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping.  

Customer agrees that in cases where a merchant error has occurred, the customer will be granted an exception to exchange in accordance with the stated Return/ Refund policy. If Customer does NOT request an exchange within 3 business days of item receipt, customer agrees to not file a chargeback when exchanges (initiated due to merchant error) are not honored.

Customer understands that once they have filed a chargeback against YB Collections, they will be barred from placing any future orders online or in-person. Any future order customer places after filing a chargeback will be immediately canceled.

Why is my transaction not going through?

Transactions may not go through if the information entered does not match what your bank or credit card provider has on file. Please make sure that you enter the correct billing address and contact information, exactly as it appears on your bank or credit card statement.

Some transactions may also be held for further verification by our Verification Team to ensure the protection of our customers.

Shipping and Returns

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times for all orders within the USA depend on the selected shipping speed at checkout. Standard Shipping takes 2-5 business days for all wigs and products. Customers can opt for Expedited Shipping for 1 business day delivery, with an added cost. Signature on delivery is also an option available for both standard and expedited for the same flat fee.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, international shipping is unavailable, but future expansion to include international shipping is anticipated.

Do you ship to P.O boxes?

Yes! We can ship to P.O boxes via standard shipping. Unfortunately, expedited shipping to P.O boxes is not an option. Please check our Shipping Policy for additional information.

My tracking says delivered, but I haven't received my package- what do I do?

Once your order has been shipped, YB Collections is not responsible any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please make sure to purchase Shipping Protection at checkout for insurance coverage if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged. We also offer the option to add Signature upon delivery at checkout for an extra fee.

You can also contact the carrier directly to verify that they no longer have the package. The phone number for FedEx is 1-800-Go-FedEx. The phone number for USPS is 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). The phone number for UPS is 1-800-PICK-UPS®(1-800-742-5877). If your shipment can't be located, please contact us for assistance.

Please make sure to also enter the correct shipping address – street number and name, apartment or suite number, city, state, and zip code.

We are not liable for packages that are sent to the wrong address when the address information is entered incorrectly.

What if my order never arrives or is stolen?

To protect your order against loss or theft, add YB Collections Shipping Protection at checkout. When you add Shipping Protection, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise. When you file a claim, it will be reviewed for approval for a reorder or refund within 48 hours. In order to complete a claim, you must provide either a police report or send a claim form from the postal service.

Can I cancel my order?

No, you cannot cancel an order once it is placed.

If a mistake is realized for the shipping address after placing the order, please contact us IMMEDIATELY (within the same day the order was placed) at yuki@ybcollections.comwith your name, order number, and corrected address and we may be able to modify your order.

Order Issues

What if I am unsatisfied with my order?

At YB Collections, our main goal is to ensure quality products. Every product and wig is thoroughly inspected in all parts of the creation process. If you are unsatisfied with an item you purchased from us and we are at fault, contact us and we will be more than happy to work with you to find a suitable and fair solution to fix the issue. Ultimately, YB Collections upholds its Return/ Refund Policy on all purchase on our website. We encourage you to read the policy and other sections in the HELP category to ensure you make an informed purchase.

How can I install my wig?

How can I take care of my wig?

If you feel like your wig needs a little pick-me-up or you're ready to put it away for a while, start by washing it with a good shampoo and conditioner. Make sure it's completely dry before storing it.

How do I store my wig?

A dedicated bag is essential for storing your wig, whether plastic or fabric.

Can I bleach or dye the hair?

Absolutely! Our virgin wigs can be bleached up to color #27 and our raw wigs up to color 613. They can also be stripped of previous color and re-colored with temporary, semi-permanent, demi- permanent, and permanent hair dye.
